Jennifer is a dedicated parent of two children in the Dixie School District, and an attorney representing local governments for over fifteen years. She is eager to use her expertise to take on the challenges facing Dixie School District’s distinguished schools She has lived in Marin County for over 30 years, including 12 in San Rafael. She is proud to hail from the Marin County public school system.

The Dixie School District faces unprecedented fiscal and educational challenges. To maintain Dixie School District’s excellence, we need prudent decision makers who can balance the fiscal realities of the District and student achievement in the classroom. Jennifer will work collaboratively with all stakeholders to keep the needs of our children as the utmost priority.

Jennifer has a wealth of professional experience in many of the areas overseen by the District’s Governing Board, including personnel administration, labor relations, policies, appeal hearings and budgets. As a parent, she has volunteered in classrooms, served on the Vallecito School Site Council, served on a hiring committee, and staffed phone-banks for CanDo! and Measure A. As a Board Member, she will work tirelessly to ensure our children continue to enjoy Dixie School District’s wonderful history of excellence in education.
